About the Role

Reporting to the Process Optimization Director, you will support the end-to-end management and evolution of our BPM platform. This role combines your strong analytical mindset with your ability to communicate simply, with precision and impact across our stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the Process Optimization Director on the direction of our BPM strategy and framework.
  • Manage our BPM framework, methodologies, modelling standards, governance, and best practices.
  • Lead efforts on onboarding new business teams onto our BPM platform.
  • Support training and certification of new users.
  • Support process mapping/modelling and process optimization efforts for strategic projects to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

  • Essential Skills/Experience:
    • Solid understanding of process modelling techniques, tools, frameworks, and standards.
    • Strong experience in at least one BPM platform (e.g., BIC, Aris, Signavio, etc.).
    • Ability to map, model, and document end-to-end business processes.
    • Analysing and designing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Sound knowledge of business process modelling tools and/or architectural blueprints (e.g., ARIS).
    • Energetic and self-motivated.
    • Strong time management skills with the ability to work at pace, handling multiple tasks & projects at one time.
    • Comfortable with working virtually in a global environment.
    • Willingness to undertake some occasional domestic/international travel (as required).
    • Proficiency in English.
    • Experience of various related BPM capabilities such as Process/Task Mining, Robotics Process Automation, Low Code automation, BPM, and workflow tools.
    • Experience of working in Agile methodology.
  • Desirable Skills:
    • Experience of various related BPM capabilities such as Process/Task Mining, Robotics Process Automation, Low Code automation, BPM, and workflow tools.
    • Experience and proven results of change projects within the Pharma industry.
    • Experience of working in Agile methodology.
    • Six Sigma or Lean Management Green Belt certified.
    • Experience and proven results of change projects within the Pharma industry.
