Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement new designs.
• Optimize existing UI designs.
• Liaise with team members to conduct user research and run tests for intuitiveness and experience.
• Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions.
• Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements and principles.
• Create prototypes for new product ideas and experiments.

Requirements

• Minimum of a 2:1 in a relevant field.
• Previous experience as a Product Designer.
• Design portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of fintech and technical products.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to discuss and explain design options.
• Detail-oriented and a problem solver.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of tools such as Figma is required.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign experience.
• Experience with HTML & CSS.
