🤔 What's the Role All About?

As a Product Manager I, you'll be at the forefront of designing and delivering cutting-edge solutions that help our clients achieve their sustainability and carbon reduction goals. You'll be working in a collaborative environment with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to develop and launch products that leverage iTwin, a state-of-the-art technology that allows for digital twins of infrastructure assets. You'll also partner with other product managers and stakeholders throughout the Bentley Infrastructure Cloud, a comprehensive platform offering cloud services, applications, and data management tools for the infrastructure sector.

🎯 Your Daily Tasks:

• 🔎 Research and understand customer needs, market trends, and how competitors are doing in the sustainability and carbon space.
• 💡 Define and share the product's vision, strategy, roadmap, and requirements for sustainability and carbon tools that use iTwin technology.
• 🔄 Manage the product's lifecycle from the initial idea to launch, including prioritizing tasks, defining scope, testing, validating, and incorporating user feedback.
• 🤝 Work with engineering and design teams to ensure the products are high-quality and meet user expectations and business goals.
• 📣 Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, pricing, and promotional efforts.
• 📊 Track and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• 🤝 Build and nurture relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.

💪 What We're Looking For:

• 🎓 Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field.
• ⏱️ 2+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the infrastructure, sustainability, or carbon sectors, working with enterprise software companies.
• 🗣️ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills – you'll need to build rapport and trust with a variety of stakeholders.
• 🤝 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• 💚 Passion for developing products that have a positive impact on the world.
