Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of your features—from discovery to delivery and adoption—with an eye for AI-first opportunities that streamline complex workflows and lead product development through deep market research, stakeholder collaboration, and iterative releases.
- Partner with design and engineering to craft simple, user-friendly interfaces within a complex domain.
- Drive customer success by delivering intuitive, measurable, and scalable solutions, while proactively addressing their needs and prioritizing escalations with a comprehensive and customer-centric approach.
- Define success using clear KPIs and use data to improve performance, adoption, and usability continuously.
- Identify areas for AI automation, reducing friction and enhancing user experience across core product flows.
- Represent your product area across the organization, advocating for both user needs and business impact.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of delivering end-to-end product solutions.
- Proven success managing cross-functional initiatives in agile environments.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to align stakeholders and drive execution.
- Demonstrated ability to lead customer research and translate insights into successful products.
- An analytical mindset with a structured approach to defining and solving problems.
- Experience in defining and tracking metrics to measure product impact and iterate effectively.
- Comfortable collaborating across time zones and remote teams.
- Bias for action, curiosity, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership culture.
- Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) operations or enterprise software environments.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience with accounting or ERP systems (e.g. Intacct, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics ERPs or others).
- Familiarity with AI applications in product experiences.
- Strategic ownership of high-impact product areas in a company built on AI innovation.
- Direct influence over how intelligence shapes customer experiences.
