Product Owner (f/m/x)

Your Mission

Are you a creative and strategic Product Owner who's excited about driving the development of an innovative Greentech SaaS product? What You'll Do

• Take Ownership of the Product: Define the product roadmap and prioritize topics for discovery or development by considering market trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with Teams: Translate product requirements into user stories, detailed specifications, and actionable tasks by working closely with internal teams.
• Be the Voice of the Customer: Continuously improve the product's user experience by gathering feedback and insights.
• Make Smart Decisions: Maximize customer value while meeting business goals by making informed decisions about features, scope, and resources.
• Communicate Effectively: Maintain transparency and alignment across the organization by regularly communicating project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders (internal and external).
• Champion User-Centric Design: Ensure the product meets usability standards.
• Foster a Culture of Innovation: Collaborate effectively with design and development teams.

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: +3 years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills to share the product vision, get stakeholders on board, and reach agreement.
• Industry Expertise: Experience working in the renewable energy industry, particularly with Wind Turbines is beneficial.
• Project Management Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Passion for Innovation: Enthusiasm for staying informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging technologies.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with software engineering, data science, UX/UI design, or as a scrum master.
• Experience developing data visualization apps.
