๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Guide software and services sales representatives through technical product demonstrations (primarily remote, occasionally in-person).
- Support customer success managers by guiding them on the best ways to deploy Manta for clients.
- Collaborate with expert labs and partners to design and implement lineage and metadata harvesting solutions using Manta.
- Help articulate the value of solutions during trials and proofs-of-concept (POCs) by guiding prospects through installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Develop creative solutions for integrating technologies that aren't natively supported.
- Contribute to the product roadmap by gathering customer and prospect feedback, improvements, and feature requests, and sharing them with the product and development teams.
- Document best practices and advanced configurations in knowledge bases (KBs) and how-to articles.
๐ผ What We're Looking For

Required:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in the data or metadata field.
- Familiarity with data management concepts.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., technical account manager, customer success, technical sales).
- Strong understanding of typical customer environments, including APIs, databases, ETL, and reporting tools.

Preferred:
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, APIs, data integration, or reporting tools.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and log investigation.
- Experience troubleshooting integration issues across multiple applications/technologies.
- Ability to apply learned experiences to new scenarios.
