The Opportunity ✨

We're searching for a seasoned and versatile Product Strategy Manager to join our team. This key role involves in-depth market analysis, ensuring our strategies align with market trends, customer needs, and business goals. You'll conduct industry research, collaborate closely with product and marketing teams, and lead projects focused on product evaluation.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies that support company goals.

  • Drive product innovation by anticipating industry trends and tech advancements.
  • Define product vision and strategy, ensuring a strong product portfolio.

  • Conduct thorough market analysis to pinpoint trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Monitor industry developments and new technologies to inform product strategy.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on research.
  • Work with product management to define and refine product roadmaps.
  • Help prioritize features and initiatives based on market demand and strategic importance.
  • Provide strategic input on product positioning and differentiation.
  • Partner with marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and messaging.
  • Ensure alignment between product and marketing strategies for better market impact.
  • Conduct detailed market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and growth opportunities, informing strategic decisions for our product portfolio.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials and campaigns that showcase product strengths and competitive advantages.
  • Lead special projects related to product and due diligence for potential acquisitions or partnerships.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of potential product investments and initiatives.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills by interpreting complex data, market trends, and competitive insights to guide product decisions.

Who You AreΒ πŸ’ͺ

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a similar field; MBA is a plus.
  • 4-5 years of experience in product strategy, product management, or a related software technology role.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior colleagues.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of the software technology landscape, particularly in data protection and information management.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.

Compensation & BenefitsΒ πŸ’°

Total compensation is competitive and within the range ofΒ $85,000 - $212,800.
