The Role 🎯


This remote position involves direct customer interaction and impactful projects to improve our support workflows. You'll:


  • Work directly with customers, providing exceptional support.
  • Contribute to projects like curating customer feedback, improving help documentation, and automating tasks.

Your first 30 days will focus on mastering our product. You won't handle customer requests initially, but you'll be busy learning!
