The Role: Product Trainer IIΒ πŸ§‘β€πŸ«

This exciting role offers the opportunity to shape the future of commercial water heating training. As a Regional Trainer, you will be instrumental in developing and delivering engaging training materials for our diverse range of water heating products. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, leveraging cutting-edge technology to ensure our channel partners are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct training sessions on commercial hot water heating applications (boilers, heat pumps, tanks, and tankless systems).
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, marketing, customer support, and engineering teams to create and deliver impactful training content.
  • Partner with training content developers to maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Integrate mobile tools, advanced technologies, and innovative learning methods to continuously improve our training programs.
  • Meet annual training performance goals.
  • Work with product engineering teams to provide ongoing technical training based on field feedback.
  • Develop flexible training programs that incorporate hands-on instruction covering installation, servicing, and troubleshooting.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in the hot water/HVAC industry or product training.
  • Proven experience launching product deliverables.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with developing and delivering training for technical products.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Compensation:

The salary range for this role isΒ $62,100 - $99,400Β in Colorado and Washington, andΒ $67,068 - $107,352Β in California, New York City, New York, or Connecticut. The final offer will depend on factors such as location, experience, market data, and internal equity.

Location & Work Arrangement:

Remote position with up to 50% travel within the West region.
