What You'll Do:
- Lead programs and projects from start to finish, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Develop program and project charters and roadmaps, engaging all stakeholders.
- Facilitate stakeholder interaction, collaboration, and alignment.
- Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders, highlighting challenges, risks, and opportunities.
- Manage all communications through official company channels (Slack, Workplace).
- Establish program and project management standards and methodology for the organization.
- Build relationships with stakeholders across Tech, Product, Value Streams, and Platforms.
- Support Value Stream and Business Platform owners in strategy meetings and business case development (including budget requirements).
- Ensure alignment among Engineering Managers, Product Owners, and stakeholders during roadmap planning.

What We're Looking For:

Required:Β Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field; 3+ years of experience in a similar role; proven stakeholder management experience; excellent program/project management, planning, and analytical skills; strong problem-solving abilities; strong interpersonal and listening skills; outstanding communication and influencing skills; flexibility and adaptability; knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies; fluency in English.
