The Role 🎯
This is a contingent Program Manager position, offering a flexible work arrangement. You will play a crucial role in managing a large, multi-million dollar government IT contract.
What You'll Do:
- Develop a comprehensive contract plan for the transition of staffing for all contract personnel.
- Provide monthly status reports, including risk assessments, challenges faced, and achievements.
- Facilitate approved government project plans and staff allocation.
- Prepare and lead weekly/monthly status calls with government representatives, including the presentation of white papers.
- Develop and maintain staffing plans aligned with standard operating procedures.
- Oversee staff management for a significant multi-million dollar program.
- Ensure all contract deliverables meet government requirements.
What We're Looking For: 💪

10+ years of experience in IT Program Management.

7+ years leading projects of comparable size and scope (annual budget of $8M+ in IT Support Services).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 10 years of equivalent experience.

Required Clearance: Top Secret with SCI.

Required Certification: PMP.
