The Role 🎯

As Program Operations Manager, you'll play a vital role in enhancing our Digital Physical Therapy program. Your responsibilities will include:

• Member Engagement: Ensuring consistent, timely, and relevant member engagement to guide successful program completion.
• Data Analysis: Conducting in-depth data analysis to identify areas for program improvement using Looker, SQL, and Google Sheets.
• Process Improvement: Designing and implementing new processes and training standards to enhance program quality and consistency.
• Strategic Planning: Developing a deep understanding of our programs to inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaboration: Partnering with clinicians to resolve complex issues and scale improvements across the program.
• Team Leadership: Leading, motivating, and coaching a team of operations associates and clinicians, fostering high performance and engagement.

What We're Looking For 🔎

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in consulting, banking, or a fast-growing startup.
• Analytical Skills: A data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Looker, SQL, and Google Sheets.
• Execution Focus: A strong bias towards execution, a hands-on approach, and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Communication & Decision-Making: Excellent critical thinking, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proactive Approach: A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to independently drive change.
• Leadership: Proven experience leading and managing teams effectively.

Preferred Experience: While not required, experience in healthcare or a related field is a plus.
