The Role: Program Specialistย ๐Ÿš€


As a Program Specialist, you'll be the face of MSB, building and nurturing relationships with school districts. Your focus will be on consulting districts on their financial and operational goals, ranging from documentation practices to the Medicaid to Schools program. This includes:


  • Training on our documentation tool, X Logs
  • Collecting and processing financial data
  • Developing intervention strategies
  • Administrative tasks and project management

This role requires someone who's comfortable building rapport, strategizing, prioritizing, managing details, and thriving in a fast-paced environment. You'll be a leader, passionate about guiding clients to success.


Your Impact:


  • Provide expert consultation on the Medicaid to Schools Program.
  • Continuously assess client success to ensure we meet our goals.
  • Drive revenue maximization through collaboration with district administration.
  • Manage the annual Cost Report process.
  • Provide implementation consultation and track progress.
  • Train clients on MSB's X Logs program.
  • Ensure districts bill in all allowed service categories.
  • Manage and audit quarterly Participant Lists.
  • Participate in team meetings.
  • Assist with Student Audit preparation.
  • Liaison between clients and internal MSB teams.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring retention.
  • Collaborate with Sales Consultants for smooth client transitions.
  • Resolve client challenges through effective cross-team interaction.

Compensation & Benefits:ย ๐Ÿ’ฐ


  • Base Pay:ย $60,000 - $75,000
  • Commission:ย Potential to earn up to $125,000 annually.

Work Location:ย Remote within Texas, with 80% travel and monthly trips to Austin HQ. Full-time, exempt position.
