Epson, a global leader in digital solutions and technology development, is looking for a skilled Project Leader, SAP-CS to support our core systems, especially Service & Support Platforms, including SAP CS Service Management.
📍 Location
This role is 100% remote. A hybrid option (70% remote) is available at Epson America's headquarters in Los Alamitos, CA.
💼 What You'll Do:
As the Project Leader, SAP-CS, you'll lead the technical development and upkeep of large, complex online and batch business information systems. You'll manage solution architecture, technical design, and development for major projects, while also keeping an eye on the daily performance, efficiency, and availability of production systems under your watch.
⭐ Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and prioritize proposed system projects based on cost/benefit, resources, and overall IS objectives.
- Manage projects daily, ensuring they meet objectives within budget, timeframe, and requirements.
- Keep IS management updated on task status and issues.
- Create project plans, schedules, and track progress.
- Allocate personnel and resources effectively.
- Coordinate IS and user resources.
- Track project expenses against the budget.
- Research and evaluate software products for acquisition/development.
- Develop and ensure success criteria are met.
- Conduct feasibility studies.
- Gather and organize business/user requirements.
- Lead technical aspects, including system architecture, design, and integration.
- Participate in application design reviews.
- Develop and conduct system/unit test plans.
- Coordinate and assist in user acceptance testing.
- Coordinate implementation schedules within IS and business operations.
- Plan and execute system implementations, including user training and documentation.
- Maintain ongoing communication within IS and with business operations.
- Manage the daily maintenance of production software systems.
- Participate in Disaster Recovery testing.
- Stay up-to-date on technology trends and their impact.
- Ensure service level agreements are met.
🙋 What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of hands-on SAP experience, including configuration within the CS module.
- 2-3 years of experience leading SAP system teams (small to medium).
- Strong understanding of service management processes, including in-house repairs, warranty exchanges, and claims.
- Hands-on SAP implementation experience in multiple projects, with expertise in design and architecting solutions, particularly within the CS module.
- Familiarity with SAP Notification object, installed bases, and service contracts.
- Understanding of SAP Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes.
- Good grasp of integration with Finance and Accounting.
- Consumer electronics industry experience preferred.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
💰 Salary:
$146,981 - $190,211 per year (USD). The actual salary depends on factors like training, skills, experience, business needs, and market conditions. This range can change in the future.
