πΒ About the Role
We're searching for a Project Manager to lead large, complex B2B project implementations for our maritime customers. You'll be the main point of contact between Neuron and client stakeholders, managing projects with significant company-wide impact, substantial budgets, and large teams. You'll lead planning, design, implementation, and testing of complex projects affecting thousands of users. This role requires a dedicated, organized, and efficient professional who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and excels at communicating with large enterprise clients.
π―Β What You'll Do
- Lead planning and implementation of deliverables to meet client goals.
- Drive highly technical, cloud-based B2B software projects from concept to completion.
- Present design and technical solutions collaboratively with design and service delivery teams.
- Document software deployment progress and project financials.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (often with senior management) to solve complex problems.
- Serve as the primary communication link between Neuron and client project stakeholders (Engineering, Finance, Support, Leadership).
- Develop resource utilization and planning tools.
- Implement program management processes, dashboards, and metrics.
- Lead timely resolution of issues, decisions, escalations, and risks.
- Secure necessary project resources from resource managers.
- Identify and improve processes impeding project implementation.
- Ensure project team adherence to client agreements.

Β What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressively responsible experience, with at least 5 years managing complex IT projects.
- Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Project Online, SharePoint).
- Experience managing complex IT projects (preferably enterprise, networking, and software deployments).
- Experience with IFE and wireless IFE-related projects and deployments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to assist maritime clients in managing workstreams and deliverables.
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and commitment to client success.
- Strong time management, organizational, and motivational skills.
- Sound judgment and ability to independently evaluate situations.
- Proactive approach to contributing to company success.
- Comfort interacting with senior management.
- Project Management certification (a plus).
- Go-to-market product management experience (a plus).
