Join our young, dynamic, and multicultural Digital Business team (90+ Software Engineers!) developing cutting-edge digital solutions for global products and processes. What You'll Do: 🎯

• Design, develop, and optimize processes and prompts for various GenAI applications.
• Identify and develop GenAI use cases within the automotive industry.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, ML/AI engineers, and domain experts to create effective AI solutions.
• Analyze and interpret GenAI model results to enhance performance and user experience.
• Stay current on the latest GenAI and prompt engineering advancements.

What We're Looking For: 💪

• Experience: 2+ years in AI/ML projects, focusing on NLP and generative AI; demonstrated experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of GenAI fundamentals, techniques, and best practices; expertise in NLP techniques and libraries (NLTK, LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI); familiarity with text analysis, data chunking, embedding, and information retrieval systems; AWS framework knowledge/experience.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills; ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences; strong communication skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computational Linguistics, or a related field. (Master's degree in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science is a plus!)
• Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English.
