What You'll Do 📝

  • Maintain company standards across the managed properties.
  • Coordinate with different suppliers (housekeeping, internal teams) to ensure the best possible experience for each reservation.
  • Manage communication with VIP guests.
  • Make sure the units managed by the company are in good condition.
  • Actively help develop better processes across the Operational departments.
  • Assist in creating regular improvement reports for the managed properties.
  • Report to and support the Property Care Manager with daily tasks.

What We're Looking For 🔎

  • Education: Background in Tourism or Hospitality.
  • Language Skills: English fluency (other languages are a bonus).
  • Soft Skills: Client-focused, able to handle multiple tasks, manage stress, work independently, be proactive, pay attention to detail, and be adaptable.
  • Valid Driver's License & Car: You'll need a valid driver's license and access to a car.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts and days off.
