What You'll Do 📝
- Maintain company standards across the managed properties.
- Coordinate with different suppliers (housekeeping, internal teams) to ensure the best possible experience for each reservation.
- Manage communication with VIP guests.
- Make sure the units managed by the company are in good condition.
- Actively help develop better processes across the Operational departments.
- Assist in creating regular improvement reports for the managed properties.
- Report to and support the Property Care Manager with daily tasks.
What We're Looking For 🔎

Education: Background in Tourism or Hospitality.

Language Skills: English fluency (other languages are a bonus).

Soft Skills: Client-focused, able to handle multiple tasks, manage stress, work independently, be proactive, pay attention to detail, and be adaptable.

Valid Driver's License & Car: You'll need a valid driver's license and access to a car.

Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts and days off.
