💼 Responsibilities:

• Participate in our integrated care team model, collaborating with physicians, psychologists, and other mental health professionals.
• Customize care for each patient, determining frequency and duration of sessions.
• Provide medication management and individual psychotherapy.
• Perform family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as needed.
• Handle clinical care and documentation; our support team manages billing, collections, and credentialing.

• Typical hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM.
• No on-call responsibilities; focus solely on patient care.

💰 Competitive Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $135,000 - $160,000+ (negotiable)

👩‍⚕️ Qualifications:

• Required: Licensure in Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with experience treating various behavioral health issues (mood disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, substance misuse, etc.) under a consulting psychiatrist's supervision. New graduates are welcome!
• Preferred: Successful completion of PMHNP-BC exam(s).
