Python Developer (Remote)

Your responsibilities

• Participate in the development of the back-end web applications and REST APIs, leveraging your existing web development experience.
• Write efficient, readable, and maintainable Python code, embracing challenging tasks that extend beyond conventional Python API development.
• Interact with a wide variety of tasks, from building APIs to coming up with clever business logic.
• Interface and team up with other areas of engineering to solve diverse back-end problems, from third-party integrations to data modelling.

Your profile

• 3+ years of Python experience, including familiarity with Python web frameworks, preferably FastAPI, pydantic.
• Competence in using pytest and linters to ensure code quality.
• Knowledge of ORM on python and databases, MongoDB and SQL preferred.
• Ability to write highly legible code, using design patterns and generally accepted best practices.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Agile-mindset and solution driven way of thinking.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Knowledge of micro-service architecture is highly advantageous but not essential.
