What You'll Do:

• 👩‍🔧 Lead the process and product approval process submission to the customer.
• 🔎 Identify all the requirements to support product/process changes.
• 📝 Define required actions for process validation.
• 🤝 Collaborate with program teams and customers to ensure program timelines are met, supporting APQP activities.

What We're Looking For:

• 🎓 Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, or Materials) with at least 5 years of experience.
• 🗣️ Fluency in English.
• 🤝 Strong interpersonal skills.
• 💪 Results-driven, accurate, and decisive.
• 📚 Knowledge of VDA requirements (valued).
• 🧰 Experience with Quality tools like FMEA, 8D, or Six Sigma.
• 🗓️ Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
• ✈️ Willingness to travel.
