About Us
We're looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal!
What You'll Do
- 📞 Answer incoming calls, take messages, and connect callers with the right people.
- 👋 Welcome clients and visitors with a warm smile.
- 💡 Provide information and assistance to clients and customers.
- 🗓️ Manage conference room schedules.
- 📦 Coordinate courier services (DHL, FedEx, etc.).
- ✉️ Handle postal services.
- 🏢 Manage facility services (both hard and soft).
- 🤝 Collaborate with other facility coordinators and the regional facility manager.
- 🛠️ Assist with on-site moves and refurbishments.
- 📝 Maintain accurate facility management records.
- 🌟 Ensure high standards of work and associate satisfaction.
- 🔧 Liaise with the Facilities Manager regarding maintenance needs.
What We're Looking For
- 🇬🇧 Proficient English level (C1 and above).
- 🗣️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- 🗓️ Excellent organizational skills.
- 💪 Assertive and positive attitude.
- 🔍 Attention to detail.
- 📞 Knowledge of the contact center industry (not mandatory).
- 🇪🇺 EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
- 📍 Local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal.
