💼 About the Role:

This is a full-time Recruiter position with David Kennedy Recruitment, partnering with a multinational BPO company based in Lisbon or Porto, Portugal. You'll be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to support their customer support and sales teams.

🎯 Responsibilities:

  • Attracting candidates through various channels (databases, social media, job fairs).
  • Conducting interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and suitability.
  • Collaborating with departments and managers to validate candidate information.
  • Onboarding new hires to ensure seamless integration into the company.
  • Building strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining analytical reports and databases.

💪 Requirements:

  • Native or fluent German (C1 level): Excellent written and spoken communication skills are essential.
  • English fluency (B2 level): Required for effective communication within the company.
  • University degree: Preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven recruitment experience: Demonstrated success in attracting and hiring talent.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively.
  • Familiarity with recruitment processes: Understanding of hiring profiles, assessments, interviews, and follow-up.
  • Experience with ATS and resume databases: Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases.
  • Experience with sourcing techniques: Ability to find and engage qualified candidates.
  • Understanding of referral programs: Knowledge of how to leverage employee referrals.
  • Positive and proactive attitude: A team-oriented approach to building a strong community.
