The Role:

This is a full-time Recruiter position based in either Lisbon or Porto, Portugal. You'll play a key role in attracting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

What You'll Do:

• 🎯 Candidate Attraction: Utilize various methods, including databases, social media, and job fairs, to attract qualified candidates.
• 🗣️ Interviewing: Conduct interviews to assess candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• 🤝 Collaboration: Build strong relationships with different departments and managers to ensure accurate information and alignment.
• onboarding:** Prepare and onboard new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• 🤝 Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
• 📊 Reporting: Create, update, and maintain analytical reports and databases.

What You'll Need:

• 🇪🇸 Spanish Fluency: Native or C1 level fluency in Spanish (written and spoken).
• 🇬🇧 English Proficiency: B2 level fluency in English.
• 🎓 Education: University degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
• 💼 Experience: Proven work experience in recruitment.
• 🗣️ Communication Skills: Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills.
• ⚙️ Recruitment Expertise: Familiarity with recruitment processes (hiring profiles, assessments, interviews, follow-up).
• 💻 Technical Skills: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
• 🔎 Sourcing: Experience with various sourcing techniques.
• 🤝 Referral Programs: Good understanding of referral programs.
• 💪 Positive Attitude: A positive and proactive approach with a focus on community building.
