🎯 The Role We're searching for a Red Hat OpenShift Engineer to join our team in Porto, Portugal. This is a mid-level position with a hybrid work model (2 days remote after the initial 2 months, which are fully on-site).

What You'll Do

• Manage, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Red Hat OpenShift infrastructure.
• Manage, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Storage Servers and SAN Switches.
• Collaborate with other teams to understand and implement business needs, security guidelines, compliance rules, and network connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the availability, performance, and security of the OpenShift infrastructure.
• Manage changes to the OpenShift infrastructure using our automation platform.
• Apply security policies and compliance rules to the OpenShift infrastructure.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience managing OpenShift.
• Experience with the entire lifecycle of OpenShift platforms (concept, design, build, and operation).
• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with automation tools.
• Experience working with Storage Servers.
• Understanding of infrastructure services and networking topologies.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Ability to quickly learn and use new technologies.
• A team player mindset.
