Job Description

• Work with the Partnership Team to create and improve the system for the referral partner program.
• Carry out the daily work of getting new leads through the referral partner program, which includes working with different departments and partners.
• Support the partner community and keep good working relationships with partners. This includes giving help with setting up the tech system, finding and fixing partner problems or needs, collecting their feedback on the partnership or product, and organizing marketing events with a partner if needed.
• Give feedback to the internal team based on interactions with partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (all majors are welcome).
• At least two years of work experience in community or partnership management.
• Excellent communication skills and analytical thinking.
• Interest in startups, tech ventures, and entrepreneurial settings.
• Ability to build relationships and work with others.
• Fast learner and willing to learn.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willing to work in Jakarta.
