The Role: Regional Account Manager (AM3) 🧑‍💼

This fully remote role focuses on maintaining and growing accounts across Southern California. You'll be the key contact, building relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring our solutions seamlessly integrate into their workflows. You'll also collaborate closely with Territory Managers. Territory adjustments may occur based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Maintenance: Nurturing relationships, providing value, integrating products/services, training clinical staff, managing logistics, coordinating supplies, and acting as a liaison between clients, billing, and clinical support.
  • New Business Development: Researching and building lead lists, cold calling, qualifying leads, setting appointments (with Territory Managers), presenting to prospects, handling objections, and closing new business. You'll also focus on increasing business within existing accounts and exceeding territory growth objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: Routinely servicing 80+ client IDs, retaining $300,000+ monthly revenue, 98%+ client ID retention month-over-month, and achieving specific quarterly retention and submission targets. Meeting or exceeding budgeted shipping and holds cost goals. Presenting to current customers.
  • Essential Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, self-awareness, self-control, sales drive, uncompromising ethics, adaptability, commitment to follow-up, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience: Sales or customer service experience is a plus, as is prior outside sales experience (including significant travel), and experience in a clinic or hospital environment. A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Compliance: Adherence to compliance standards and confidentiality (HIPAA) requirements.
  • Travel: 100% travel within your territory is expected, including occasional overnights and weekend work. A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation are required (car allowance provided).
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 15 pounds.

Additional Information:
