The Role This is a leadership role where you'll manage the day-to-day clinical operations across multiple facilities. You'll have a flexible work environment with a mix of remote work and site visits.

What You'll Do

  • Operational Management: Oversee the daily clinical operations for Theoria-partnered facilities to keep things running efficiently and compliant.
  • Metrics Monitoring: Track and manage provider timeliness, quality, productivity, and compliance with facility requirements.
  • Quality Initiatives: Work together on facility metrics, including Five-Star measures, QAPI initiatives, and lowering rehospitalizations.
  • Customer Relations Management: Give excellent customer service by thoroughly and diligently tackling any partner concerns.
  • Facility Engagement: Regularly connect with facility partners.
  • Education & Training: Take part in new facility education, training, and retraining as needed.
  • Technology Utilization: Use various computer systems, like Monday.com, Slack, Gmail, and Zoom, to manage operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the VP of Clinical Operations and other team members to make sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Other Tasks: Handle other related clinical operations tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Educational Requirements:
    • At least 5 years of leadership experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), like Director of Nursing, administrator, or department director.
    • You must have a clinical education credential of RN or higher (e.g., RN, NP, PA).
  • Skills & Experience:
    • A solid grasp of SNF quality measures, regulations, and expectations.
    • Experience in managing employees and leading teams.
    • Skillful in managing work Relative Value Units (wRVU) and productivity metrics.
    • Tech-savvy with strong computer skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
    • You're self-sufficient and independent, with a good understanding of healthcare staffing and needs.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to sit for at least 50% of your workday.
    • Regularly moving around facilities to meet with providers and staff.
    • Ability to get records, tools, and medical equipment from different locations.
    • Effective communication with patients, managers, and facility staff.

Work Schedule

  • Monday-Friday, 7 AM-5 PM EST, plus one weekend day per month on-call.
