The Role 💼


As our Regional Sales Director, you'll be responsible for driving sales of JSSI Maintenance Software's two leading maintenance tracking platforms. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you'll work your assigned territory to close deals.


What You'll Do 🎯


  • Build and maintain a network to find new sales leads.
  • Process, qualify, and communicate with leads from various sources.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline for consistent results.
  • Give online demos of JSSI Maintenance Software platforms (GoToMeeting, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Meet sales quotas within your territory.
  • Maintain detailed sales reports in Salesforce.com (calls, sales, lost business, etc.).
  • Spot market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Negotiate prices and create contracts.
  • Travel within your territory and to industry events to promote JSSI services.

What We're Looking For 👍


  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years in aviation sales; aviation software or aircraft sales experience a plus.
  • Solid understanding of aircraft and the business aviation industry.
  • Ability to work independently and build strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication (email and phone).
  • Salesforce.com and Jetnet experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
