They empower clients to adapt to the evolving digital landscape by implementing Microsoft's M365, Azure, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Customer Engagement (CE) software from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) software line.
🌟 The Role
We're looking for a motivated and experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant to join our dynamic D365 consultancy services team. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Malta, Europe.

💪 What You'll Do
- Champion functional best practices with Microsoft solutions.
- Possess a deep understanding of Microsoft ERP or CRM functional capabilities.
- Stay current with the product roadmap and future releases of Microsoft ERP or CRM.
- Lead the delivery of end-to-end D365 implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, post go-live support, and reporting.
- Ensure alignment of area processes with the firm's ISMP (Information Security Management Policy).
- Design and configure sector-specific templates to enhance Dynamics functionality.
- Actively participate in Data Migration strategy and design.
- Handle interfaces and integrations.
- Ensure pre-sales engagements are delivered with the same rigor as client engagements.
- Define training needs for the team and coach other team members.
- Deliver consultancy according to the firm's Project Methodology, ensuring successful implementation according to the project plan.
- Meet and exceed customer expectations in terms of business knowledge, skills, and behavior.
- Identify and mitigate business/project risks, communicating as necessary.
- Provide progress updates to relevant parties.
- Identify practice development activities and help define their delivery.
- Carry out additional duties as instructed and agreed by Directors.
- Ensure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training.
- Adhere to the firm's Information Security Policies (ISP and ISMP) at all times.
🚀 What We're Looking For
- Degree Level of Education or higher
- Microsoft Dynamics Certifications
- 12+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services/consulting firm
- Experience working with offshore teams
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of Cloud technologies
- Strong understanding of integration tools and technologies
- Strong understanding of Power Platform technologies
- Strong understanding of automated testing tools such as RSAT
- Broad understanding of the software development lifecycle, development management, release management, data migrations, cut-over planning, and early live support
- Experience operating in Shared Services or nearshore teams
- Led multiple projects from end-to-end in a functional capacity
- Experience in end-to-end implementation of multiple projects
- Proven ability to demo powered assets and assist in pre-sales, deal shaping for large transformational programs
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills. Additional fluency in one or more other languages is an asset
- Deep and broad knowledge of Dynamics 365 functional capabilities, including appropriate certification
- Exceptional knowledge of all Finance core concepts and processes, including Enterprise Structure, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Asset, and Reporting
- Knowledge of latest Microsoft Features
- Awareness of ISVs which can be integrated with F&O
- Leadership and Stakeholder Management Skills
