SAWOO is a rapidly growing, remote-first company headquartered in Munich, Germany. With a 15-person team spanning six countries, we build and manage communities for decision-makers in mid-to-large companies. We foster growth through collaborative learning and networking, using various methods like in-person and virtual events, podcasts, and online content. We currently support 10 communities, boasting members from prestigious organizations such as BCG, EY, Bosch, Porsche, Lufthansa, BMW, Amazon, and Siemens. Our ambitious goal is to reach two million active members by 2034.

The Role: B2B Copywriter 📝💼

As a key member of our three-person content team, you'll craft engaging content in both French and English. Your writing will be vital in boosting engagement and expanding our thriving communities. You'll work across diverse formats, including podcasts, case studies, LinkedIn posts, and email newsletters.

Responsibilities:

• Create In-Depth Content: Develop detailed case studies based on podcast interview insights.
• Repurpose Content: Transform long-form content into concise, attention-grabbing LinkedIn posts.
• Craft Engaging Newsletters: Write informative email newsletters to keep our community members informed and engaged.
• Support Podcast Production: Prepare titles, descriptions, and show notes for new podcast episodes; create interview agendas to maximize insights.

What We're Looking For:

• Availability: 40 hours/week
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of content writing experience in digital media (blogs, newsletters, social media).
• Languages: Native French, near-native English.
• Design Skills: Basic proficiency in tools like Canva.
• Tech Skills: Comfortable using GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT).
• CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot.
• Remote Work Experience: Proven success working remotely, with excellent communication skills (Slack, etc.).
• SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of on-page SEO.
• Proactive & Reliable: Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality work.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work extra hours when needed.
• Travel: Willingness to travel for 1-2 one-week company meetings annually.
