💼 The Role:

As a German/English Content Writer, you'll be a key member of our dynamic three-person content team. You'll craft compelling content in both German and English to boost engagement and community growth. This includes a variety of formats: podcasts, in-depth case studies, LinkedIn posts, email newsletters, and more.

🎯 Your Responsibilities:

• Create In-Depth Content: Develop detailed case studies based on podcast interview insights.
• Repurpose Content: Transform long-form content into concise, attention-grabbing LinkedIn posts.
• Craft Engaging Newsletters: Write informative email newsletters to keep our community members engaged.
• Support Podcast Production: Prepare titles, descriptions, show notes, and interview agendas for our podcasts.

💯 What We're Looking For:

• Availability: Available to work 40 hours/week, starting as soon as possible (latest start date: November 1st, 2024).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of content writing experience in digital media (blogs, newsletters, social media).
• Language Skills: Native German, near-native English.
• Design Skills: Basic familiarity with tools like Canva.
• Tech Skills: Comfortable using GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT).
• CRM Experience: Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot.
• Remote Work Experience: Proven ability to work remotely, excellent communication skills (Slack, etc.).
• SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of on-page SEO.
• Proactive & Reliable: You're proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, and flexible, willing to work extra hours when needed.
• Travel: Willing to travel 1-2 times a year for week-long company meetings (or monthly, if based in Cape Town, to meet your team).
