The Role

As aΒ Remote Enrollment Specialist, you'll be part of the Patient Engagement Specialist (PES) team. Your main task is to educate and enroll patients in a Medicare-sponsored program designed to help them effectively manage their health conditions. You'll do this through phone calls, building relationships with potential patients, and answering their questions about the program.

What You'll Do

  • Reach out to patients from a specific group and educate them on the benefits of our care program.
  • Build trust and overcome any concerns patients might have about joining the program.
  • Tailor your message to each individual patient, considering their background, health concerns, and insurance.

What We're Looking For

  • Sales experience is a must.
  • You're flexible and can adjust to a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment. You're also great at meeting deadlines and targets.
  • You're comfortable spending a lot of time on the phoneΒ (80% or more of your day).
  • You're a strong communicator who can explain complex information in a simple, clear, and friendly way.
  • You're a team player and a natural leader.
  • You're professional and friendly when talking to patients on the phone.
  • You're skilled at entering data and managing multiple tasks at once.
  • You're naturally empathetic and always put the patient first.
  • You're creative and can adapt your educational materials to highlight the benefits of the CCM program.
  • You're comfortable using different software programs, like Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Skype).
  • You're available during standard business hours (8 am - 5:30 pm CST).
  • You have an Associate's degree or higher.
  • You must be based in the United States.

Physical Requirements

  • This job requires sitting for long periods.
  • You'll need to be able to speak and listen clearly over the phone for extended periods.
  • You'll need to be able to understand, process, and take notes during phone calls in real-time.
