The Role
As a Remote IT Recruiter (Jr), you will be responsible for the full cycle recruiting process for all technical roles in Mexico and the USA. You will partner with hiring managers and the People Team to develop creative strategies to find, attract, and hire top candidates.
Responsibilities
- Recruit for all Technical roles for Mexico and USA.
- Think outside the box to find talent at every opportunity.
- Use various recruiting platforms for outreach and sourcing candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers on developing a strong candidate experience.
- Develop sourcing strategies along with the HR Manager.
- Update and manage our candidate pipeline.
- Determine qualifications, experiences, and skill set of candidates.
- Tailor and post job listings for open positions.
- Maintain company-standard job descriptions for all positions.
- Own candidate experience - guiding them through the hiring process.
- Utilize applicant tracking system.
- Keep learning new technologies in a rapidly changing technological world.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience working in a start-up and/or fast-paced environment.
- 1-3 years of experience working in full-cycle recruiting for corporate functions.
- Technical recruiting background preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- Remarkable organizational skills and relentless drive to improve efficiency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish).
- Knowledgeable in various recruiting platforms and e-recruitment tools.
- Strong teamwork and ability to welcome differences when working alongside others.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
- High personal integrity.
- Friendly and approachable.
