The Role:
🚀 What You'll Do:
- Track down and engage top IT talent across North America and LATAM.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, internet searches, networking, and referrals.
- Represent Sequoia Connect's brand across social media, driving engagement and attracting candidates.
- Manage social media channels, paid social media ads, and job advertisements.
- Organize online events and assessment centers.
- Create blog content about life at Sequoia Connect and promote our services.
- Become proficient in SmartRecruiter and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Pre-screen candidates and collaborate with the Headhunting team, HR, and Hiring Managers.
What We're Looking For:

- Experience in fresher sourcing across North America (Recruitment Agency, RPO, or internal).
- A proactive and persistent approach to attracting top talent.
- Sales and marketing mindset; you enjoy engaging with people.
- Social media expertise and ability to connect with others digitally.
- Tech-savviness and familiarity with various systems and applications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills.
- Teamwork skills and ability to embrace diversity.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
- High personal integrity; friendly and approachable.
