The Roleย We're searching for a highly motivated and achievement-orientedย Life Insurance Sales Representativeย to join our vibrant team. As aย Commission-Only Life Insurance Sales Representative, you'll be in charge of promoting and selling life insurance policies to clients, aiding them in securing their financial future and safeguarding their loved ones. The perfect candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a solid grasp of life insurance products, and a genuine desire to help people achieve financial stability.

What You'll Do

  • Find, nurture, and maintain a list of potential clients using various methods like cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online leads.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' financial objectives, risk tolerance, and insurance needs.
  • Educate clients on the various types of life insurance policies and create solutions that meet their unique requirements.
  • Present insurance policy options to clients and explain policy features, advantages, limitations, and costs clearly and understandably.
  • Create insurance proposals tailored to each client's individual needs, including coverage amounts, policy terms, and premium payments.
  • Work with underwriters and insurance companies to get quotes, process applications, and help issue policies.
  • Follow up with clients to address any questions or concerns, overcome objections, and finalize policy sales.
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policy information in the CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products to provide clients with the latest information and guidance.
  • Meet or surpass sales goals, quotas, and performance metrics set by the company.
