The Role:

We're looking for part-time and full-time Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our nationwide provider network. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility with a minimum of 12 hours/week (part-time) or 30 hours/week (full-time).

What You'll Do:

• Provide remote speech-language therapy services to clients across the US (with a focus on California and Nevada).
• Conduct online speech-language assessments to determine client eligibility.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individual care plans via teletherapy.
• Manage a caseload of children (18 months+), adults, and geriatric clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

• Competitive Pay: $43.00 - $56.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and bilingualism.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active CA SLP license or ability to obtain one.
• Experience in a clinic or school setting (or successful clinical interview).
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms (ours is all-inclusive).
• Comfort working with children (18 months+).
• Bilingualism in Spanish or Russian is preferred but not required.
