The Role: A Day in the Life 🧑💼
- Team environment
- Blend of virtual and in-person (field) work
- Accurate estimate and supplemental writing/review (using photos, videos, and in-person inspections)
- Managing multiple tasks (Quick Foto Claims, Waivers, Virtual Assist, Tech Reviews, Total Loss)
- Repair facility, customer, and claimant negotiation & reconciliation
- Parts searches
- Providing empathetic and compassionate customer service

- Schedule: To be determined (based on business needs)
- Flexible work arrangements (work from home or local office)
- Weekend rotations with compensatory time off
Licensing 📜
- Adjuster and/or appraiser license may be required (depending on location). Allstate will support you through the licensing process.
- Must obtain required licenses within 60 days of hire.
- Multiple market licenses preferred.
Qualifications ✅

Location: Must reside in the White Plains, NY area. Not open to AK, CA, or HI residents.

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Experience: 18+ months of auto estimating, body shop, or insurance experience.

Software: Experience with auto estimating programs (CCC One, Audatex, or Mitchell).

Skills: Ability to work independently, excellent customer service, problem-solving skills, organized, multitasking, clear communication (written and verbal).

Plus: Bilingualism and/or prior military experience.
