💼 The Role: As a Reservations Agent, you'll be the friendly voice guiding guests to their perfect getaway. You'll handle bookings, answer questions, and provide top-notch customer service. This is a fast-paced role requiring someone detail-oriented and able to multitask.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Hospitality or customer service experience is a plus!
• Excellent communication and people skills – you'll be interacting with guests all day!
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks – things get busy, and you'll need to stay organized.
• Sharp attention to detail – accuracy is key when it comes to bookings.
• Basic computer skills and experience with reservation systems
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays – part of the hospitality gig!
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn – we're all about growth!
