🍽️ About the Role

Our holding company is building a hospitality empire, focusing on hotels/boutiques and restaurants, all while prioritizing an amazing customer experience. We're looking for a Restaurant/Hospitality Operations Manager to make it all happen.

This role is all about leading the day-to-day operations of our restaurants/hotels, ensuring everything runs smoothly, customers are happy, and we're doing great business.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and supervise restaurant operations, making sure we follow all the rules and policies.
  • Guide and support restaurant managers and staff, building a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Keep a close eye on how our restaurants are doing, spot areas that need improvement, and put plans in place to boost efficiency and profits.
  • Make sure customers have a fantastic experience – maintain high standards, solve any problems they have, and always ask for feedback.
  • Develop plans for things like staffing, training, and scheduling to meet our business needs.
  • Control costs like food, labor, and inventory so we hit our financial goals.
  • Work with different teams like marketing and culinary to come up with new ideas and make the dining experience even better.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and customer preferences, suggesting strategies to help us stay competitive.
  • Guarantee that we meet all health, safety, and cleanliness standards, keeping a safe and clean work environment for everyone.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 5 years of experience managing restaurant operations, ideally in a multi-unit setting.
  • A strong track record of achieving goals and making things work in the restaurant industry.
  • Great leadership skills – you should be able to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and other important people.
  • A knack for solving problems and making decisions effectively.
  • A good grasp of restaurant operations, including both front-of-house and back-of-house procedures.
  • Fluent in English.Β Other languages are a bonus.
  • Experience working in the restaurant industry internationally is a big plus.
  • A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a similar field is great, but not required.
