Responsibilities
- Commission Management: Develop, audit, and analyze sales compensation plans to ensure timely and accurate commission payments. Provide insights to sales leadership on plan effectiveness.
- Revenue Operations: Manage and optimize sales processes, ensuring data integrity and hygiene in Salesforce.com. Support sales teams by streamlining workflows and enhancing CRM utilization.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, finance, HR, and Salesforce administrators to implement sales initiatives and maintain process alignment. Serve as a liaison for Revenue Operations projects.
- Compliance & Data Integrity: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements related to commissions and sales data. Maintain accurate client and sales data within CRM systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in commission analysis, sales operations, or revenue operations roles.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce.com is essential, with experience in CRM data management and sales process optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Skilled in data analysis and BI tools such as Excel and Qlik.
