About the Role

You'll be part of our Risk Management & Credit Team in Transaction Services, working to prevent fraud and ensure the safety of our gaming websites. You'll be responsible for:

• Keeping customers safe: Reviewing customer accounts, deposits, and withdrawals to catch fraud and ensure compliance with KYC regulations.
• Solving customer issues: Responding to customer inquiries, resolving account issues, and providing exceptional customer care.
• Analyzing data: Identifying trends and patterns related to fraud and abuse, using your analytical skills to prevent future incidents.
• Collaborating with colleagues: Working across departments to resolve complex cases and improve processes.
• Staying proactive: Suggesting improvements to systems and procedures to enhance fraud prevention and customer care.

What you'll need:

• Experience: At least 6 months of experience in Risk or 1 year+ in Customer Service.
• Knowledge: A solid understanding of online payments, financial services, and fraud detection.
• Languages: Fluent in German and English at a business level. Additional languages are a plus.
• Analytical skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Self-motivation: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
• Teamwork: Proven ability to collaborate effectively and influence others.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work on a hybrid schedule, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
