RPA Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to optimize business processes.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions.
• Maintain and troubleshoot RPA solutions to ensure stability and performance.
• Document automation workflows and provide training to users when necessary.
• Ensure RPA solutions adhere to security and compliance standards.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technology.

Requirements

• Minimum 2.5 years of proven experience with the Power Automate Desktop RPA tool.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages, such as Python, C#, Java, or VBA.
• Knowledge of process analysis and optimization techniques.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
