Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the sales process from lead identification and prospecting new business.
- Maintain and grow existing client accounts.
- Make sure sales strategies meet revenue objectives while promoting ECG Solutions products and services.
- Drive sales revenue and overall market share inside the territory.
- Nurture existing accounts.
- Arrange appointments, equipment demonstrations, and sales meetings for Philips ECG Solutions products.
- Communicate the companyโs competitive difference and value proposition to make sales better and convert competitive accounts.
- This is a field-based role requiring daily travel in the territory (Orange County, CA).
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of sales experience showing a track record of proven success within the Medical Device and/or Biotechnology area, preferably in cardiology.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding an annual quota of more than $1 million.
- Advanced selling capability that shows commitment to sales and company strategy, customer satisfaction, negotiation, and the ability to close deals.
- Experience and success in hunting for new business.
- Experience selling in hospitals or IDNs is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills are required.
- You must have a Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a health-related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to successfully perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements for this Sales position with or without accommodation.

- Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. You must reside in or within commuting distance to Orange County, CA.
Salary
- Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary plus target incentive.
- At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $165,000 to $200,000 annually, plus a company fleet/car.
- Total compensation may be higher or lower depending on individual performance.
