To achieve our ambitious growth objectives, we're seeking an energetic and talented Sales Associate to join our expanding sales team in Europe. Working alongside the Global Sales team, you'll play a crucial role in engaging and educating prospective students, guiding them toward the best next steps in their career journey.

Responsibilities:
  • Outbound Sales: Proactively reach out to qualified leads generated from various acquisition channels, including events, workshops, and syllabus downloads. Counsel and understand potential sales blockers to encourage applications.
  • Inbound Sales: Manage and respond to inbound sales inquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, and other platforms. Schedule and execute sales meetings, addressing inquiries and proactively identifying sales blockers.
  • Nurturing and Reactivation: Implement nurturing strategies and targeted content campaigns to follow up on past inbound sales inquiries. Develop reactivation campaigns to qualify dormant inbound leads.
  • Global Sales Strategy: Contribute to the definition of the global sales strategy by tracking and reporting on your performance, analyzing successful strategies, and documenting best practices. Collaborate with global leads to identify pipeline bottlenecks and blockers, implementing improvement plans and sales tactics.
  • Event Support: Support the organization of global sales-related events, including open evenings, info sessions, and webinars.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other Le Wagon teams to curate monthly action plans for content creation and generate new ideas to boost sales.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Location: Based in Lisbon, Portugal.
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or other customer-facing roles. Tech-related experience is advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and confident communicator with exceptional written and verbal English language skills.
  • Organization and Structure: Highly organized and structured, adept at providing practical solutions.
  • Inquiry Handling: Experience in handling large volumes of inquiries (calls and emails).
  • Autonomy and Collaboration: Enjoys working autonomously, with a strong ability to self-learn. Embraces collaboration and thrives in a team environment.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit, with a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
