- Adhering to an assigned schedule within our operating hours.
- Promptly answering customer queries and addressing their concerns in a timely manner.
Customer Focus Your exceptional customer focus will be a driving force in our success. We expect you to:
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance, including adhering to your daily schedule as assigned.
- Demonstrate flexibility in your work schedule, as you may be required to work weekends, holidays, and event.
- Handle customer requests related to our billing area with a customer-centric approach, aiding in conversions.
- Achieve a target of converting two leads into customers on a weekly basis.

Technical Requirements To excel in this role, proficiency in the following software is essential:
- Multicraft Control Panel.
- WHMCS Billing System.
Additional Requirements To be eligible for this exciting role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be 16 years of age or older at the time of application.
