Overview: Join our B2B Sales team as a Sales Development Representative and play a pivotal role in driving our ambitious growth journey. This position offers an exciting opportunity to identify new prospects, build a robust sales pipeline, and actively contribute to the success of our Account Executives.
🎯 Responsibilities:
- Execute Dashlane's proven Sales Development process with precision, targeting a high volume of carefully selected accounts.
- Engage in proactive prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and networking channels, ensuring thorough documentation of all relevant activities.
- Conduct comprehensive research within targeted accounts to pinpoint key stakeholders and critical account information. Maintain meticulously detailed account profiles within our CRM platform.
- Collaborate effectively in the discovery process, skillfully uncovering each prospect's unique set of business needs, use cases, technical requirements, and purchasing processes.
- Schedule qualified meetings and calls/demos, engaging directly with C-Level IT executives to generate promising new business opportunities.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and maintain a rapid response cadence when following up with interested prospects.
- Create a positive and memorable impression on our prospects by consistently delivering a world-class experience through thoughtful and effective communication.

💰 Salary Range:
$61,650 - $71,725 in total compensation OTE (base + targeted commissions)
