Your Opportunity 🌟

We're searching for a seasoned Sales Director to expand and lead a part of our European business. You'll manage substantial existing accounts and develop new opportunities. We need a sales leader with a proven track record, a proactive attitude, and the ability to drive significant change within complex national postal organizations. Ideal candidates will have extensive enterprise sales experience and a history of working effectively with implementation teams.

What We're Looking For🔎

• Extensive Experience: 10+ years in enterprise sales and account management.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience selling to logistics companies and government/public sector organizations is a plus.
• Tech Savvy: Proven experience selling technology, primarily software, with a history of meeting sales quotas.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and German is required.

Responsibilities 🎯

• Manage long, complex sales cycles, demonstrating a strong understanding of technological concepts.
• Significant travel to meet clients and prospects.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.
• Expertise in navigating procurement processes for large government agencies (especially postal services).
• Grow existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about sales and team building.
