The Role:
We're looking for a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team in Germany and drive significant growth. You'll be a key player in expanding our market presence and achieving ambitious revenue targets. This role needs a forward-thinking leader with superb communication and team-building skills.
What You'll Do:

Strategic Planning: Develop and put into action sales strategies to meet company goals.

Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and inspire the sales team to excel. Create training programs to boost skills and professional development.

Performance Management: Set and track sales targets, conduct performance reviews, and give constructive feedback.

Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, spot growth opportunities, and create strategies to take advantage of them.

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction. Represent the company at industry events.

Sales Operations: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.

Revenue Growth: Drive revenue by finding new business and optimizing existing client relationships. Manage the sales pipeline effectively.

Budget Management: Create and manage the sales department budget.

Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports for senior management, including insights and recommendations.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and Securitas Services to create integrated campaigns and offer comprehensive solutions to clients.

Compliance: Ensure all sales activities follow legal and company standards. Promote a culture of integrity.
What We're Looking For:

Education: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in the international security or technology sectors is a plus. Multinational company and matrixed environment experience is ideal.

Skills: Strong leadership and team management; excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; strategic thinking and problem-solving; proficiency in sales software and CRM systems; data analysis skills; strong business acumen; client focus.

Languages: Fluent German and English (written and spoken) are essential.
