The Role πŸ’Ό We're seeking a Sales Executive to join our team and champion NOA, our AI-powered platform for the healthcare industry. NOA is transforming healthcare by streamlining medical workflows, easing administrative tasks, and empowering doctors to devote more time to patient care.

As an AI Sales Executive, you will introduce NOA to healthcare professionals, showing how it provides insights and predictive analytics that enable data-driven decision-making.

Your Main Tasks Include:

  • Solution Selling: Conduct needs assessments and present AI solutions that align with client requirements, demonstrating the value and ROI of our offerings. (70%)
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups. (20%)
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their business challenges and objectives. (10%)

You'll work with the AI Sales Executive and the SDR, engaging with clients and contributing to the team's success.

Qualifications βœ¨ What Will Make You Shine

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in SaaS
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience with large accounts
  • Skills: Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information
  • Languages: Fluent in Spanish
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the Healthcare sector
  • Knowledge: Understanding of AI technologies and their business applications
  • Analytical skills and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
