🎯 The Role:

As a Sales Executive, you'll be the driving force behind our growth, identifying key decision-makers in various organizations and building strong relationships. You'll craft customized solutions, provide detailed pricing, and leverage your industry expertise to guide clients toward informed decisions. This is a business development-focused role, with supplemental leads provided. You'll need to be quick, organized, and goal-oriented.

💼 What You'll Do:

  • Develop a database of qualified leads through various channels (referrals, phone canvassing, cold calling, direct mail, email, LinkedIn).
  • Maintain meticulous records of all sales and prospecting activities in our CRM, including calls, emails, quotes, forecasts, and follow-ups.
  • Provide prompt responses to potential clients (emails within one business day).
  • Be readily available by phone to ensure quick customer interaction.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Engage in insightful conversations with executive-level clients, identifying pain points and needs.
  • Gather detailed business information to tailor solutions to client requirements.

💪 What You'll Need:

  • Extensive knowledge of the answering service industry and customer base.
  • Proven experience using CRM tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, including cold calling and email marketing.
  • Experience networking with professionals.
  • Strong judgment, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Full-cycle sales experience (lead identification to closing).
  • Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus.
